Processing & handling

The shop ships Monday through Friday all season. Orders placed before 1 pm ET generally leave the same day; anything after goes out the next shipping day. Paddles are fitted with your chosen grip and a fresh edge-guard before they are boxed, so a paddle order occasionally takes an extra half day at the bench — it is worth the wait.

Cold-weather handling

Winter freight is its own craft. Paddles are cold-cured and wrapped in a microfibre sleeve so the face is not shocked by a cold truck; match balls ship sealed in their pressurized case so they arrive lively. If a parcel sits on a frozen porch, let a paddle come back to room temperature for an hour before its first hit.

  • Paddles: cold-cured, edge-guarded, sleeved
  • Match balls: sealed, pressurized case
  • Supplements: shipped in tamper-sealed tubs

Tracking your order

A confirmation lands in your inbox the moment your order is placed, and a second note with a tracking number follows as soon as the parcel leaves the shop. If tracking has not moved in two business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in the contiguous United States, including APO and PO boxes. Shipping to Canada and other clubs abroad can be arranged by hand — reach the desk on the contact page and we will quote it for you. Questions on a return instead? See returns & exchanges.
